Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
